Through the Ustabilize.com website (the “Site”), you may be provided with access to a variety of user-generated and other content and interactive and informational resources (collectively, "Services"). This Privacy Policy sets forth our policies with respect to information including personally identifiable data ("Personal Data") and other information that is collected from you when using the Site. This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference in the Ustabilize™ End User Terms of Use, which govern your use of the Site.
Registration

In order to use the Site, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information may be used to contact you about the products/services on the Site. At your option, you may also provide demographic information (such as gender or age).
Access to Information
We strive to keep your Personal Data accurately recorded. Through the Site, we provide you with access to update your profile and revise the Personal Data previously submitted to the Site.

This Privacy Policy applies only to the Site. The Site may frame or contain references or links to other websites not operated or controlled by Ustabilize.com (the "Third Party Sites"). The policies and procedures we described here do not apply to the Third Party Sites. The links from the Site do not imply our review or endorsement of the Third Party Sites. Surveys & Contests

From time-to-time our site requests information via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.
Orders

In order to purchase products/services from Ustabilize.com, you must provide contact information (e.g., name and shipping address) and financial information (e.g., credit card number, expiration date).
